New India Assurance (NIA) has launched New India Global Mediclaim Policy which covers the hospitalisation expenses of the insured persons for the following treatments at foreign medical centres: primary treatment for specified cancer, neurosurgery, coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery, heart valve surgery, living organ donor transplant and bone-marrow transplant.
