25-year primi presented with a 28 weeks gestation came for an antenatal visit after a long gap.On per abdominal examination - 24-week size uterus, fetal heart sound regular 140 beats/min. Ultrasound with doppler was done which is suggestive of severe IUGR with severe oligohydramnios. She has a history of normal & regular periods. Her early dates are corresponding.There is no significant family history. Double, triple marker not done, no history of fever with rash in pregnancy.

Her routine antenatal investigation are normal. Level II USG (performed at 17 weeks)was normal. Latest USG report is attached. How to manage this case?
