A 42-year-old P3L3 came to OPD with a chief complaint of menorrhagia since 5 months. The cycle is regular but heavily bleeds for 10 days. No dysmenorrhoea. No significant past history.

Not preceded by amenorrhea. P/v: uterus av; 10 weeks size, firm, not tender, no adnexal mass. What should be the probable diagnosis? Suggest further investigations and management?
