S/o right unruptured ectopic pregnancy. A patient came with c/o of bleeding PV on and off since 12 to 14 days. She is having mild pain. But pregnancy test is negative now. I have sent inv for Kochs workout also.
Previously she had been given in USG at other place that was an alive fetus of 8 weeks size, intrauterine in November. Now there is no intrauterine pregnancy and in USG, it is given a complex heterogeneous mass of approx size 8/5/7 cm with necrotic cystic changes as well as ecogenic components seen involving right adnexa. What is m/n of this patient having right adnexal complex heterogeneous mass? What should be line of management of m/n?
