Infertile couple (wife aged 28 years and husband aged 32 years) with male factor infertility -duration six years.Wife's HSG normal with the regular menstrual cycle.There is no h/o of testicular atrophy, mumps, and smoking, normal Karyotype, Y chromosome microdeletion not detected.He has azoospermia. On USG B/L testis are small, right testis -1.4X1.5X0.7 cm, lr testis 1.7 X1.1X 0.6 cm, no associated abnormality. Hormonal parameters: FSH 1.2 mIU/l, (low) LH -0.9 mIU/l, (low) Serum Prolactin 4.3 nano gm (normal) Testosterone -86 nanogram (low) FNAC B/L testis-no sign of spermatogenesis.
What should be the further management? What are the chances of successful sperm retrieval?
