A patient of mine is suffering from burning epigastric problem for last few months. He is regularly taking Rabeprazole and Levosulpride empty stomach for last few years. Even if he misses one dose he feels the burning sensation.

He got an endoscopy and was told of having thick folds of the stomach and was advised Rifaximin 400 mg thrice, PPI and Lactobacillus for two weeks but of little effect. Please advise some management.
