A 17 year old lady normotensive non-diabetic presented with mild headache of two days n sudden onset weakness of left side .she is obse for her age with normal general examination.on CNS examination her higher mental functions are normal she has umn type 7 nerve palsy left side,deviation of tongue on right side ,absent corneal reflex left side,blurring of vision with left eye,absent gag on right side,uvula deviated to left,shrugging of shoulder absent on left side . Power in upper left limb is 3 and in lower limb 1.All reflexes present ,sensory examination normal. Planters b/l flexor response?
