A 52-year-old female patient presented with obstructive jaundice. LFT s/o of obstructive jaundice, direct bilirubin is 16 mg. USG  s/o of CBD having a big stone of 15 mm and multiple stones in the gallbladder, CBD diameter is 12 mm.

The hospital settings do not have an endoscopic intervention. Kindly opine the best management for her.
