I would like to know whether serratiopeptidase is useful in treatment of inflammation and soft tissue injury caused by blunt impact? The drug is being prescribed for those who have suffered a minor traffic accident.

The evidence from clinical trials appears to be rather weak, but according to reports, there are almost 300 brands in the Indian market...Besides, some brands are a combination with diclofenac. Is the combination justified?
