Recently, I came across a 22-year-old CP boy with mental retardation who is also unable to walk. His IQ is found to be lesser than that of a 1 year old.

Who should I refer the case to: Paediatrician/ Neurophysician? Are there any voluntary organisations in and around Hyderabad to help such individuals.
