In two of my Diabetic patients, the blood sugar if reduced to less than 200mg, the patients develop symptoms of hypoglycemia. They are being managed on OHAs and I have to keep the blood sugar levels above 200mg. Their HbA1c is 9.5% and 9.0% .Other parameters are normal.
How should such patients be managed?
