Hi friends, I'm feeling difficulties with management of environmental fever in new born. I've route out septic screen and I examine the baby for all reflex baby's normal, but the fever was persists right now. After repeated counselling to the parents but the parents not satisfied with me.

How can I manage these things? Share some experience with me.
