Management of growing boil detected in initial stage

Suppose a boil/abscess is starting to grow beneath the skin.The patient feels pain at site.On examination ,small firm mass is felt over which erythema & warmth may exist .So in this initial stage,what should be the management ? a. Hot fomentation till it ripens,then I&D b. Hot fomentation & antibiotics,then I&D if required c.

Antibiotics only d. simply wait till it ripens on its own without worrying about development of fever/complications,then I&D e. Hot fomentation - ASPIRATE  WITH SYRINGE TO CHECK FOR PUS --I &D IMMEDIATELY IF PUS ASPIRATED EVEN IF NOT COMPLETELY RIPENED --THEN ANTIBIOTICS & HOTFOMENTATION FOR 2 DAYS-REPEAT I & D REGULARLY TILL ALL COMPLETE HEALING . Also let me know if management is same for diabetic people
