A 30 years old female patient, who's been diagnosed with low TSH (0.12), with normal FT3 (3.02) and FT4 (1.26). For the first time, she is 4 months pregnant now.

Is it ok to initiate Propyl Thio Uracil (PTU)(50 MG) 2-1-1 for this patient or shall I wait and repeat FT3, FT4 and TSH after 2 weeks?
