Hello everyone. Can someone guide me for management of infertile female with Amenorrhoea 2 years, married for 6 years, H/o Hypomenorrhea and Oligomenorrhoea since menarche, no finding of PCOS, all investigations including S.LH, S.FSH and AMH within normal limits. USG pelvis wnl, not responding to clomifene citrate given for 3 cycles.

How can we take her on combinations of Clomiphene and Menotropins with timed intercourse. Please guide.
