What a doctor  should do when  an old  case of  Psychiatric illnes(Old case of psychotic illness ) comes to him, who is brought to the hospital  by  her family , but that girl refuses to take any medicine prescribed by the psychiatrist. NOw the girl has improved a lot & her medicine has been stopped since almost 10 yrs.Her present symptoms are: 1. Irritability 2. Stubbornerness 3.

Not yielding to anyones advise. What should be the approach in these kind of patients.
