60 Yrs Male, Lt. Single Functional Kidney, Rt. neprectomy done 30 years ago for hypoplastic kidney, Currently on Amlopres AT (Amlodipine besylate 5 mg and Atenolol 50 mg) for the last 10 years, BP well controlled, Non-diabetic. Also on Prothiaden (Dosulepin, 150 mg /day) ,   Venlor XR (Venlafaxine, 225 mg/day ), Methylcobal once daily and Tetrafol once daily, for the last 6 months for Depression and Anxiety, Both controlled very well.

Patient wants to go for Dental Implants. Suggest antibiotic and anti-inflammatory-analgesic so that there is no adverse interaction of these with any of the three drugs the patient is already taking regularly. Does this patient require any investigation before going for the dental implants? Any other precautionary measures required?
