Approximately 18.2 million adults aged 20 and above suffer from coronary artery disease. Acute coronary syndrome, including non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) and ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), is caused by a sudden blockage in the heart's blood supply. There have been significant advancements in diagnosing and treating NSTEMI and STEMI in recent years. Triple vessel disease (TAD) is also considered a life-threatening form of CAD and the treatment choices are still a point of concern.
