A young girl came with c/o consumption of organophosphate poisoning. She was alright for 3 days with atropine and 2-PAM. On the fourth day, she got drowsy and saturation fell to the critical level. We intubated her and connected to the vent, inotropic support.
She was there 3 days on vent support with tapered inotropes, still she is drowsy and not maintaining her vitals. Her counts are WNL, Arterial Blood Gas is normal. Are there any other issues to be taken care of, to make her out from vent support?
