Dear Respected doctors Please help me resolve this case. A patient underwent 4 times surgery for ingrown nails in which everytime a part of the nail is removed, but again the problem reappears with pain and granulation.

The patient is 25 years old and healthy, and does not have diabetes. Kindly see the pic and suggest some permanent solution.
