A 75 year old man presents with complains of bulging right eye since a year. On examination proptosis is observed. Visual acuity was reduced in both eyes and there were no field defects. Fundoscopy shows no oedema or atrophy of the optic disc. Investigations reveal a normal hematology and biochemistry profile. Thyroid hormone levels are normal. Renal function and liver function tests are normal for age.
