A 65-year male, had right side hemiparesis in June 2015 since then he is having a spasm of hamstring muscles. He is unable to flex or extend his leg. I have consulted a neurologist, rheumatologist. Rheumatologist prescribed HCQ, methotrexate. He took medicine for a year, but symptoms not relieved.
Then Neurologist prescribed a central muscle relaxant for 1 month, then also no relief. He is taking Amlo 5mg for HTN & Atorvastatin gold 10 since he had paralysis. Physiotherapy relived his most symptoms except spasm of hamstrings. What could be the further management?
