A lady aged 30yrs,  gave birth to a still birth baby by LSCS after continuing termed pregnancy with a history of PROM for 5days, 8 years back. Then after she was suffering from Secondary infertility. Blood Lympho culture was done on January2014 and report confirms Variant Turner Syndrome. MOS45,X[2]/46,XX[28] .

Now she got pregnant again and now it is about 8 weeks. Now my question is how to manage the case during her antenatal period and what is the prognosis of the case?
