A 43 yrs old  female patient 's urine analysis report shows pus cells 20-25 phf and bacteria 2-3 ,  mucus plus , protein=trace But no urinary complains  . BP=160/90. URINE SENT FOR CULTURE --REPORT= NO GROWTH AFTER 48 hrs . Should this pt be considered as case of asymtomatic UTI?

and   need antibiotics course? or   need other investigations?
