A patient G3P2L2 was bleeding for 24 hours, Hb 8gm. Viral marker negative. BT, CT normal platelet count 1.5 lakh. SGPT normal. On USG finding 27 weeks dead fetus with scanty liquor cephalic no haematoma. Baby was alive at admission. Now FHS can not be located. Patient is bleeding continuously but slowly.
She was given one unit of blood and crystalloid. Blood pressure normal. Vitals maintained. But no clot is coming p/v only blood. At my place aptt fdp s.fibrinogen test is not available. What can be done to stop bleeding? Please share your opinion.
