A 23 years female visited OPD with complaints of hair itching and loss of hair since three months on examination doctor finds patchy white small scales in frontal and right temporal area on basis of examination and symptoms condition was diagnosed as scalp psoriasis. The prescribed drugs include: coal tar and salicylic acid scalp solution, clobetasol propionate, and salicylic acid lotion, levocetirizine, omega three fatty acids On two months usage of the above-mentioned drugs no improvement in condition.
