A 58 years old male patient with diabetic hypertensive of 15 years duration. He is well controlled both diseases with medications. One month back his follow-up investigations of Hba1c, LFT, KFT, TFT uric acid, cbc normal lipid profile Tc 150, Ldl 85, Hdl 39 , Tgs 255. He was advised to take rosuvastatin 10 mg.

He is head of small departments. While tackling problems of employees, he suddenly got a  severe headache . How to manage this case? Please share your views.
