Hello Doctors, Looking for your expert opinion. A patient of mine having troubled family life due to history of too many fights at home. He is a non alcoholic and quit smoking 3 years back completely. He says, he works offshore, sometimes staying for more than 6 weeks at sea. At home he gets irritated at the slightest of noise of kids, remains restless, can't sit at a place for more time.
Biggest problem he says is that if he sees something lying at a place it should not belong it keeps bothering him till he gets up and keeps it at his desired space. He says he keeps wiping the tables etc even after its been cleaned and would get angry if it is not done. He likes to stay alone in his room even though he wants to play with kids he gets annoyed too easily and ends up shouting at the kids.He wants some medication to keep him at peace and be able to enjoy his kids and family.
