A young female 28 years old, married with no issues and normal menstrual history, has skin lesion shown in the picture below. The lesion is painless, without any pruritis. The patient is symptom-free except for visual disfigurement. Lesions are present on legs, back, forearm and persisting for last 1 year. A similar new lesion has erupted on face recently. Patient has hypothyroidism for last one year and is on tab thyroxine 75 mg od.
At present TSH is 04. The lesions are predating the thyroxine administration. No history of diabetes and hypertension.
