One of my family members, a young lady, age 32 years, a housewife, is having grade-2 varicose veins of Right Leg for the last 4 years, which have become more prominent after birth of first child 2 years back. She is non-obese, non-smoker and without any positive findings on Systematic Examination. Life style is reasonably active and does not involve long standing hours. At present, asymptomatic, but feels heaviness in the affected leg when it involves long standing in some household chores in addition to being unsightly. On advice of a doctor, she has started using Compression Stockings but not of much relief.
