A patient is in 32nd week of gestation. Till now there are no complications. From last 2 days she developed severe nausea, vomiting and dizziness. Recovered from nausea and vomiting. Still suffering with dizziness on standing and upright position.

Feeling better in supine position. She is having little hypotension also like 90/70 mm of Hg. Can i go for vertin or wait and watch? Please suggest.
