In 2012, a 30-year female patient presented with a mass in the small intestine (NET neuroendocrine tumor). Excision of mass done. HYNAC TOC: A focal lesion in the rectum (Possibility of the primary NET lesion). Multiple large sized metastatic lesions in both lobes of the liver with moderate somatostatin receptor activities in the peripheral margins of these lesion with the central absence of uptake.

(This pattern suggests central necrosis with a peripheral active disease. This could be due to the effect of chemotherapy drugs given so far.) What could be the management prognosis? Please give your expert opinion.
