In many patients of DM (usually more than ten years duration) they develop diarrhoea, that stays for 2-3 days and relieved without any treatment and then patient develops constipation. Again after few days similar cycles are repeated.

Probably it is one sign of Autonomous nervous system involvement. Is there any specific treatment for such cases?
