Some of the patients present with vague complaints like dizziness, weakness, confusion.When we get investigations done, there is hyponatremia.Some of the patients respond well to increased sodium intake and parenteral infusion.In some patients especially with nephropathy do not respond well and have recurrent symptoms. How can such patients be managed?
