According to Clinical Establishment Act : 1. Can MBBS doctor and AYUSH doctor do private practice in a single common clinical establishment, using their own system of medicine, i.e. MBBS prescribing/dispensing Allopathic medicines and BAMS prescribing/dispensing Ayurvedic medicines under one roof, with the names and qualifications of both doctors on the same sign-board ?
2. Can MBBS doctor employ a BAMS doctor in his establishment, allowing him/her only to use Ayurvedic System, whlile the MBBS doctor using the Allopathic System ?
