MCI is a body with trust and should be open to inspection. How honestly has it been in awarding medical colleges certificate to function?

I do not see annual reports from any Medical colleges available for inspection by the public. For example, Rates of: Maternal/ infant mortality C-section/ forceps or vacuum deliveries/ normal deliveries, abortions, hysterectomies
