It is to inform you, as per MCI norms of teacher’s promotion, the amendment came in 2009, where one-year relaxation was given provided the teacher had the desired number of research publications. But the which type of publication it will be? In which journal, it will be published? Was not clear till 2015. Which is published in any concerned journal, are taken as research publication. So, MCI was approached by many doctors, colleges to clarify the above facts, as it was not clear in 2009 notification.
