In the recent past, doctors are facing stern action against the implementation of ethical conduct, wherein many are found liable for professional misconduct. Due to ever increasing demand for patient care, along with superhuman working shifts, and increasing violence many doctors may unintentionally divulge into professional misconduct which in a way is treacherous for them. Here are the MCI regulations under the Indian Medical Council Act to avoid professional misconduct and thereby disciplinary action.
