As we all know the compulsory rural service, are we training our students enough to handle a PHC? There are many aspects in a PHC - Accounts and financial management, Datas, Human Resource Management, etc.

I think department of Community Medicine should give hands on experience during internship in these aspects than posting students to just see patients in a PHC.
