A 68years old male pt complaining increased freq and nocturia for last 1 year. Diagnosed as BHP. He was on T amsulosin Hydrochloride (0.4mg) for last 1year. Symptoms subsided and pt was doing well .
But since one month pt reverts to his previous condition. Pt is hypertensive, diabetic. Recent reports are attached herewith. Should it be operated or medically managed?
