Furthermore, none of the courts are able to do complete justice to both doctors and patients in terms of providing speedy justice to them. Thus, a ‘Medical Tribunal’ having exclusive powers to decide cases of medical negligence having a doctor and a legal professional as judges could be a probable solution.
