There are plenty of case of minor/major Road Traffic Accidents without third party involvement, home falls with head injury and femur fracture, should all these cases be considered as MLC? Is there any value of non-MLC consent legally? As we all know, each MLC patient requires extra documentation and longer MRD record keeping. And even every patient complaint during the treatment can become a Medicolegal case for negligence.
Is there any way out in which we do not have to be extra careful? All cases have the same priority, then why there is this extra work/precaution?
