In tertiary care setup, can internal medicine consultant provide thrombolysis? If a patient who has been in regular follow-up for 10 years under internal medicine comes to the hospital with the stroke, can the internal medicine consultant admit the patient under him in internal medicine or the patient has to be admitted under neurology according to the land of the law?
