43 years old women g4p4 with history of ammennorrhea for 6months , dyserunea ,and hot flushes for 3 months. all investigations including thyroid profile prolectine and bhcg normal except,Fsh is 23. on ultrasound ,her endometrial thickness is more than 5mm .
however, there was no withdral bleeding with progesteron ,and no history of pid or any instrumentation. her main concern is conception and symptoms relief. i have got done her all investigations needed before starting tab tibilon.as,to releve her symptoms now,i would like to know ,your expert opinion for choice of contraception either cocps or inj:progestin will b best the best choice in this patient ,as her husband is not willing for use of condome.
