A 21-year-old patient suffers from non-stop vomiting and retching. Doctor removed her gall bladder suspecting stone but only to find a jelly like substance and no stone. All reports and endoscopy normal. This problem has started only a month ago.

She becomes normal for 2 or 3 days in between but again it starts. We have consulted many hospitals but no diagnosis can be reached. Please help.
