A lady around 30-40 presents with irregular bleeding pvt for last one and half yr. No periodicity, amount of blood too varying, moderate to heavy. Dysmenorrhoea not much.

USG: except a multiparous size not enlarged, the endo thickness between 4-5pm. Please suggest the ideal line of tt of this case.
