A 26 yrs old lady with G4P2A1 presented in OPD today with an U/S reports of molar pregnancy. She has history of SOB from one week. Now i am in a confusion state that should i do her DNC immediatedly or should i wait for her cardiac fitness to do her DNC under G/A bcz cervical os is closed so most probably she require dilatation under G/A..
Is cardiac fitness is required under GA for this pt?????? Need your expert opinions for my this pt....
