Case presentation A 39-year-old male presented with pain abdomen, palpitation, episodic headache, and dyspnea associated with perspiration for one year. History of presenting illness Mild to moderate intensity pain in the abdomen initially localized to the right side and severe intensity with generalization in the last three months.
