Synopsis The Lisfranc joint plays an important role in the process of walking with the lower extremities. The joints are connected by the Lisfranc ligament which plays an important role in maintaining the stability of the medial and axial column of the foot arch. The aim of the present study is to observe and describe the morphology and structure of Lisfranc ligaments using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), in order to provide imaging reference for the diagnosis and repair of Lisfranc joint injuries.
