A 70 yr old female had multiple joint pain since last 35 yrs. At 55yr she had TKR for pain and disability. After that, she had pain in both lower limbs which increased on lying down. Numbness and tingling were there. She had root compression and scoliosis [lumbar]. In 2014 she had laminectomy and instrumentation for scoliosis correction. Surgery was successful.

But unfortunately,  pain persists. Pain is of severe nature. She is on tramadol hydrochloride/acetaminophen,  pregabalin,  pramipexole,  gabapentin, and mecobalamin once yr 10 amp. She is treated as RLS. In spite of this, pain is not relieving. Can peripheral neuropathy give such pain?
